The shipment is most likely lost since yesterday passed 36th day of awaiting for the package and i didn't receive anything yet. So i ask you for a refund, shipment cost and humble bundle physical copy bonus since i don't have it.

Well i would prefer to get my money back instead of waiting another month for a package what might get lost again....
