SFS 2-07 Four for the first Won't download

Trying to download four for the first and i keep getting a 22 kb folder with no scenario in it.

Hmmmm. Its giving me problems downloading anything. Problem exists on both firefox and chrome.

If you have an empty 22 kb zip already queued up from yesterday, click on the "Problems downloading this file? Click here." link to regenerate the download.

Thank you very much! Now I'm encountering a bit of another issue. There is no 'Problems downloading this file? Click here.' For me to click, and when I do click on either of the links, nothing happens. Is there a solution?

Thanks for the update Brian! I think I'm having the same issue as youngwallzy. I get stuck on the "Personalizing... Click link again in 60 seconds to download" stage on the larger downloads.

I'm stuck at the "personalizing" stage as well on a PDF I bought yesterday. Tried downloading a PDF bought a few months ago and it worked fine, however.

edit: specifically, in case it helps, Alien Archives 3 (bought yesterday) and Alien Archives 4 (bought back in August)

Hello again - any downloads that are stuck "Personalizing" will automatically reset themselves within 24 hours - so anyone with that issue should find it resolved by tomorrow at ~11:15 PST at the latest.

Youngwallzy, WOTDsctoo, and Holloweiroh: I checked your recent downloads and manually ensured they all work properly. Please let me know if you have any further issues.
