Trouble with Purchased PDFs

Hey,
I just purchased adventure path # 72 Reign of Winter Book 6 of 6. I am able to download the zip file, but upon trying to decompress the file. I receive an error code. I tried multiple different extracting and decompressing software. However, the error code shows for some that there is no file available for extraction. If anyone has had a similar problem or can help me with this one it would be extremely helpful.


It seems something has gone wrong with the downloads and right now all the digital assets page is making is 22 byte size zip files with no content.

PAIZO WHAT ARE WE DOING ABOUT THIS FOR THE PAST FREAKIN TWO DAYS FIX IT !!!!!!!!


I'm a relatively new customer who is having the same problem. Unfortunately, Paizo seems to have issues on several fronts, including their lack of response to customers' concerns. I sincerely hope that this is not business as usual.

If you have an empty 22 kb zip already queued up from yesterday, click on the "Problems downloading this file? Click here." link to regenerate the download.
