My card was expired and you guys dont send out some notice that 'hey your card on file is gonna expire soon, and now my order is even further delayed. What the hell?

When is it going to ship? Still says pending this morning when I changed the info right after i got the failed payment notification.

Ridiculous.

Well that's one step. Thanks for that, at least.

Sucks that i have to wait even longer for my stuff after having waited this long already. Any other subscription service I have, I get reminded when my card is about to expire.

I should have my PDFs right now. I'm not happy about this. It's an inexcusable oversight in 2021.

Obviously not your fault, I'm just incredibly disappointed with how this is/was handled on the backend.
