Is the following possible?
An ally moves into the space of a goblin monk in Tiger Stance with Goblin Scuttle or Skittering Scuttle. As the ally moves into an adjacent square, the goblin's reaction triggers and he gives up his square to his ally (ensuring said ally can legally end their movement in the goblins former space), then Steps ten feet or Strides half his Speed into a nearby space to flank the enemy with his ally.
Is that legal? Does the timing work out?
Edit: Never mind. Goblin Scuttle clearly states they must end their movement adjacent to you. Why is it that the developers keep teasing us with amazing combos, then yanking the dream away with overly specific restrictions?

Goblin Scuttle with Tiger Stance CAN get into a flanking position with an ally that stops adjacent to you, though, if the enemy is medium or smaller (even on large creatures from the right position). I'm not clear on why the ally moving into the goblin's space needs to be part of your plan?

In addition to that you can easily flank a creature of any sitze if you are near enough and your ally can move twice for whatever reason, e.g. Sudden Charge comes to mind.
