I suspect I know the RAW, but I'm wondering how other people would rule it:
A changeling character can take the Slag May feat to get a claw attack, and those claws count as Cold Iron.
"Your mother was an annis hag, known for physical prowess, and you have one violet or steel-gray eye. You have thick, sturdy claws made of cold iron that grow naturally from your body. You gain a claw unarmed attack that deals 1d6 slashing damage. Your claws are in the brawling group, have the unarmed and grapple traits, and are cold iron."
A monk can take the Tiger Stance feat and make Tiger Claw attacks.
"You enter the stance of a tiger and can make tiger claw attacks. These deal 1d8 slashing damage; are in the brawling group; and have the agile, finesse, nonlethal, and unarmed traits. On a critical success with your tiger claws, if you deal damage, the target takes 1d4 persistent bleed damage."
Would the Tiger Claw attacks, made using the same appendage in approximately the same way with the same damage type, gain benefit from the Slag May cold iron trait?

If you suspected that the RAW is a no, you're definitely correct about that. There's no interaction at all. So the only question is whether to recommend houseruling one in.
For an actual monk, who will be gaining Metal Strikes later, anyway, this seems like a very low impact houserule, unless we're talking about a campaign that's just full of fae, demons, and the like. On the other hand, I'm actually a big fan of having a reason to situationally use other attacks, so I'm not sure I'd make that houserule, but I wouldn't say someone else is crazy to do so.

RAW, no, they're separate attacks.
Also RAW Tiger Stance works just as well for a Monk w/o fingernails so despite the Stance's flavor, those cold iron claws are extraneous.
I might allow it though depending on mood (unfortunately!).
A normal Monk gets past this on their own and a Martial Artist/MCD Monk would likely need the support!
Actual other claw attacks would be messier, though if the combo didn't involve a morph/polymorph effect, I'd say they worked together on the same set of fingernails...not that I can think of any examples w/o morph/polymorph or another Ancestry's physiology involved.
