PDFs for books ordered in Subscriptions

Greetings!

Happy to start subscribing, but I had a question. Probably a misunderstanding on my part. If you have a subscription are you not supposed to get the pdfs for books that you buy?

My order #36664331 had two books for the subscription. When do I receive the pdfs as it has been over a week? I was coming in today to purchase two more books that would be covered under the subscription but I am loathe to do so until I know if I will be receiving the pdfs. Pdfs are more important as we play online, so info on this would be appreciated!

The PDFs attached to subscriptions are only added to your account when the book actually ships. Typically there are two emails that go out to each month for subscriptions: the first one that says what your subscription contains and what the total cost is with shipping, and then a second one that says "your order has been shipped". For instance, for my October subscriptions, I got the first email on Friday, but have not gotten the second one yet.

And to further clarify - you only get the PDFs for books that ship as part of the Subscription shipment. So for example, if you subscribe to the Adventure Path line, but you then order a physical copy of an older Adventure Path issue, you don't get free PDFs for those older items.

Oof. Not good to hear. I want the hardback books (special edition if possible), but need the .pdfs. Well need wins out. Sniff.
