Place your order problems

I'm having trouble placing an order for those nifty little character sheet PDF's and a nice little gobbo pin, but every time I press the place your order button all that happens is a little loading then nothing.

The first time I tried, I accidentally put in the wrong card information, so I understand why it was declined, but now that I've put in the correct card information it seems to still be declining but isn't telling me anything.

please I need these nice little sheet pdf's, I can live without the pin of the shipping is the problem though.

I accidently ordered the physical copy of a book instead of the PDF, I emailed customer service straight away and again yesterday and still no response...
Now I received an alert today saying that it cannot be altered now

Hi! We try to maintain as quick a response time as possible, usually within two business days. That said, we've been operating with between 3-4 customer service representatives since last Thursday, so please be patient while we work through tickets as quickly as possible.

i tried to get a pdf and my card has been charged multiple times and i still have no pdf.
Undead slayer handbook if it matters.

I've tried for two days to place an order for a PDF and it just won't do anything.
