Pathfinder Adventure Path, Lost Omens, Rulebook Subscriber
Hi two of my orders have not arrived one seemingly disappearing and the other being redirected saying I did not forward my mail, which from all the lovely yellow labeled envelopes I have I certainly did. Can I get a path to receiving these two orders? My account has the correct current address.

Hi! That shouldn't be a problem at all, and this kind of thing definitely happens, especially with how crazy shipping has gotten.
I've replaced both orders together and you should receive an email confirmation shortly. It SHOULD have the correct address (I hope), but if it's wrong, just let me know and I can get it fixed.
