This says it shipped on the 14th, but the tracking isn't working properly. Can you verify if it actually shipped and what may be going on? Thanks!

Hi,

This is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update. I can assure you that your order did ship from our warehouse on 9/14 and the latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe of 4-8 business days would be 9/24. For the most part, despite the missing tracking information, orders have still been delivered in a timely manner, so let me know if it arrives and if it doesn’t show up, let me know and I can gladly look into getting a replacement order set up. ​
