Good morning,

I am submitting a third email regarding this order. I answered on the first but the order has still not but been updated and mailed.
So Then I submitted a follow up email this past Wednesday 9/15/2021 to try to figure out why it hasn't been sent. I know a lot has happened towards the end of the week and I would be very patient about an answer if I didn't see people who were canceling their orders getting replies while mine has been unanswered. The order itself should be good to go. The credit card is valid and funded, but the GM credits I was issued from conventions which I applied should be enough to simply process my book and send it. I have had the book on preorder since April.

Good evening,
The above order shows it needs a valid payment option. The card Information on file is correct, active and has adequate funds available. I also don’t understand the point of sending emails requesting updates to complete orders but then when we go to update them it doesn’t let us.
Please advise if you need any additional information from me.
