Probably, but it is possible (though highly unlikely), that you could still get both points through extremely creative solutions.

Spoiler:

If you somehow found a way to keep her from committing any further acts of piracy but still let her go then you would succeed. If you let her go in return for her freeing Gurukaza then no, you would not get the prestige.

I'm just glad to see that people are still playing older season stuff. There are a lot of really good adventures in the library. Would be a shame if they just sat in the Grand Archive collecting dust.
