Problem with my latest subscription sending

Hi Folks,

I would like to report a problem in my latest package. I was expecting to receive secrets of magic, and instead of receiving my copy, I instead got the deluxe edition that was intended for one Louis-Philippe St Amand in Quebec.

I have nothing against this fine chap, but I got his order and presumably he may have gotten mine. And we don't quite leave in the same area.

In the package there was also Kindled Magic that I already have, and Spoken on the Song Wind that I was expecting

So how do you want to handle this ?

I have a similar issue myself. Received someone else's shipment instead of mine. The tariff declaration on the package matched my own shipment but the actual content of the package is different and I have the shipment information on paper matching the actual content and the name of the intended recipient.

In my case both the intended recipient and myself live in the same (non-North America) country but in different cities.

I was expecting SoM + Malevolence and the package contained SoM + Some starfinder flip-tiles + Pathfinder Adventure Path #170

I'm replying to this thread so that we signal if that's a shared issue for most recent shipments. Please let me know if I should create my own thread to track the issue separately.

EDIT: WAIT ! Just saw your Alias. I've got your package actually. But I am not Louis-Philippe Saint Armand and do not live in Quebec. So I guess someone else has my shipment and you got one from yet another customer. I wonder how far the chain goes.
