I have a similar issue myself. Received someone else's shipment instead of mine. The tariff declaration on the package matched my own shipment but the actual content of the package is different and I have the shipment information on paper matching the actual content and the name of the intended recipient.

In my case both the intended recipient and myself live in the same (non-North America) country but in different cities.

I was expecting SoM + Malevolence and the package contained SoM + Some starfinder flip-tiles + Pathfinder Adventure Path #170

I'm replying to this thread so that we signal if that's a shared issue for most recent shipments. Please let me know if I should create my own thread to track the issue separately.

EDIT: WAIT ! Just saw your Alias. I've got your package actually. But I am not Louis-Philippe Saint Armand and do not live in Quebec. So I guess someone else has my shipment and you got one from yet another customer. I wonder how far the chain goes.

Hello, I had a problem to set the startibg items of my subscriptions.

Pathfinder Rulebook Subscription :
I wanted it to start at "Pathfinder Core Rulebook"
instead of "Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Planar Adventures"

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Planar Adventures :
I wanted to start at "Pathfinder Adventure Path #145: Hellknight Hill (Age of Ashes 1 of 6)"
Instead of "Pathfinder Adventure Path #143: Borne by the Sun's Grace (Tyrant's Grasp 5 of 6)"

Can my order be updated to reflect this. Thanks.
