I have pathfinder advantage from being a legacy AP subscriber. when this came out I was a venture officer, and getting the PFS scenarios for free. I just realized that even though I had selected the pathfinder scenarios for my free subscription, I haven't been getting them since I stepped down as a venture officer. I tried to find where that is selected in my account, to see if it had inadvertantly been shut off, but was having trouble finding where that is defined now. If I go to order the PFS scenario subscription, it says I will owe money.

In order to get your complimentary PFS subscription you need to have four active subscriptions. You currently only have three open (Pathfinder Companion is no longer an active Paizo.com subscription). Once you've added a fourth, the option to get your Pathfinder PFS will become available.
