Starfinder Society

So! I did once try to join PF Society ages ago but the fact I couldn't be a iconic as my 'pc' was a bit annoying and then I spend a lot of effort making my own char then just being too shy to really join again cuz the local scene was a bit... Intimadating I think? Anyway I did try and join a SF society game in like 2018 but I don't think I really did any of the recording stuff. So There is (pre covid) literally no one in my whole STATE that played SF Society and I'm deaf I know post by post is a lot of work but I'm eager to join a SF sociey game and try again. Vesk and Ysoki are my fave races

Hello new person.

For meat space
Flat rolling surfaces map I think we got everywhere but wyoming covered. Mind you this thing is going to need a post apocalypse scrubbing once we.. you know , have a post apocalypse.

Flaxseed lodge Should get you going on play by post if thats what you're looking for

I'm not sure how viable playing on a real time virtual table top would be for you. Usually most of the information there is spoken but text to speech, typing in chat, and handouts would make it possible.

Well I checked and like pre covid the only place with a SF Society in Ohio was... 6 hours away from Columbus.... And I done games on roll20 which is real time board

Roll20 is by far the most popular VTT so if you can do that you have a way in for a lot of games

either way check out PFSchat.com discord for a lot of games.

Hmm. I know the lodge in Columbus plays some Starfinder and the lodge in Cincinnati is very active in both games. (As far as I know, I'm the only one running Starfinder Society in Cleveland, and I haven't been very active lately.)

With GenCon in a week, I'm not sure what the folks closer to you have as far as free time, but I'll reach out to them and pass along this discussion. Hopefully they can get you aboard soon!

Ah I'll try that then. Oh I did like search awhile ago about SF society in Ohio and they listed something in like a county I never heard of and that GS wqas 6 hours away...

We've run Starfinder here in Columbus for quite sometime. You'll find both online and in person games here. In person is a little in flux due to back to school and new requirements. We try to have both as we have players who can't play online and others who prefer digital distance.
