Hello there! I’m eagerly awaiting my copy of Secrets of Magic, which shipped on the 24th of August. The tracking number yields no information, and it has been almost two weeks since the book shipped. Should I hold out hope, or is the book lost to the ether?

This is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update. I can assure you that your order did ship from our warehouse on 8/24 and the latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe of 4 to 8 business days would've been Friday. For the most part, despite the missing tracking information, orders have still been delivered in a timely manner, so I wanted to see if your order arrived. If it didn't show up, let me know and I can gladly look into getting a replacement order set up. :)

Hi there Logan! My order still hasn’t arrived as of today, and still no information about it through any sources. All I know is that I’m super excited about the book, so if it takes having a replacement order, then I’m happy to go through with that. All you folks at Paizo rock, and your customer service has never led me astray.
