I tried to purchase the PDF for Strength of Thousands Book 2 using my store credit. I went through the purchase process and thought I had received confirmation of the purchase, but the PDF is not in My Downloads. It is showing still in my cart, but my store credit has been reduced as if the purchase went through (it had been $150.00 before I tried to make the order). I appreciate your help resolving this matter!
