Just wanted a little clarification. Got an email notification saying that the shipping estimate for my copy of Secrets of Magic was Wednesday the 25th. The order information on the website says it shipped on Friday the 20th. In either case it has been more than 3 days since the book shipped and the tracking has not updated.
I’m just curious if you can tell me what date it actually shipped on and if you are able to check the tracking info on it.
This is the same thing that happened with my copy of the GMG which needed to be resent.

Unfortunately, this is an ongoing issue we've had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won't update. I can assure you that your order did ship from our warehouse on 08/20/21 and the latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe would be 09/01/21.
For the most part, despite the missing tracking information, orders have still been delivered in a timely manner. However, if it doesn't show up, we're always happy to send out a replacement order.
