Order was supposedly shipped on 8/18. Tracking still shows "tracking information not available" 12 days later.

If tracking is unavailable after 3 days, please contact your shipper.

Hi! This is an ongoing issue with UPS Mail Innovations, unfortunately. I expanded on the details in this post here, and with your shipping estimate, the latest expected delivery date would be today (8/30).
I'd keep an eye out for your order early this week, but if it gets closer to Thursday or Friday without it showing up, let us know and we'll go from there!
