This biotechnological item is a tiny computer that is attached to the your brain and wired to a technological cloak. As long as both items are worn and are functioning, the user is the unflankable as per the universal creature rule (see page 158). The cost of the cloak is included in the cost of this augmentation.
Which leaves me a little confused. The general context is the cloak and the processor is one item that grant unflanking but it says the cost of the cloak is included in the purchase price which implies the cloak is a seperate item as otherwise it'd be just a few credits for a cloak.
So is the cloak for an occucloak a seperate item or just badly printed and you can strike the last sentence?
The way I read it is you are buying a 2 piece set, Implant and cloak. They are 2 items which are a package deal. It states both items must be worn, so you can remove the cloak.

That was my first reading as well I'm probably just reading too much into the last setence saying the cloaks cost is included.
