Trying to Place An Order

Over the last several days I have tried to place an order, but when I hit the Submit Order button, nothing happens, I do not get a confirmation email and the items remain in my cart. I attempted to call the Customer Service phone number over 20 times today with no answer and the voice mail box is full.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! Apologies about that, our customer service team is still working from home, so we don't have regular access to our phone lines.

As for your order, from what I can tell, it looks like your payment method doesn't have a billing address connected with it, which is why the order didn't go through. You should be able to update your information on your account here, but if you run into any problems, please let me know!
