Not sure if this is the right space to ask, But one of the 3 VIP's during the social encounter does not have any weaknesses or strengths listed in the stat block, Is this on purpose or a typo?. Both the other NPCs have strengths and weaknesses listed.
Seems a bit harsh to have a PC waste a phase learning they have none .

If they asked for strength/weakness and there are none, I would just give them some other information (i.e. skills to use) instead.
When diffusing the explosives in area A2:
- each attempt takes 1 minute;
- the PCs need a number of successes equal to the number of PCs;
- if they take more than 3 minutes they are fatigued.
So even with a minimum size party of 4, with no failures, they will definitely be fatigued...

i Interpretted that as each PC gets a check in that minute to aid or do a check and there are two areas they could be making check though there are multiple explosive so no reason each pc could not be making a check
Also the final encounter is brutal
the cr 6 captain hits like a runaway spacetruck against level 3 PCs (crit for 42 pts of damage and straight up killed a level 3 PC (technomancer) by massive damage rules), and he wasnt missing a hit i was hitting on a 2 even with the 4 player adjust and consistently doing 20+ pts of damage a round.
Very hard for a unbalanced party with no heals

Also - stated fluff text seems to set up the Melee BBEG for the worst possible tactics - why is a Doshko wielding melee-beast starting a combat at really close range by pulling out a gun?
And an operative is running around with a melee weapon that doesn't allow them to use trick attack effectively.
The more I read this the less I like what is supposed to be the big encounter.
