Please ensure Society modules are being granted due to subscriptions

Hello!

Early in July I had a bit of a financial scare and cancelled my subscriptions. Very soon thereafter I restarted all of them (except for the minis), and have not missed any of the products that have shipped for either PF2 or SF.

Can you please make sure that my account is set up to receive the free Society modules for Pathfinder and Starfinder?

I noticed that Starfinder 4-04 and 4-05 are available, but were not added to my downloads. Can you please add those?

Hello Ed,

This happened because of the gap between cancelling the subs and starting new ones. When we run the digital auth the system checks your account to see if you have active subs, if you do it grants the PDFs, if not it doesn't. When we ran it it saw that your subs were cancelled and didn't grant the PDFs. You currently have subs but it still isn't granting them because the new subs haven't shipped out yet. The benefits of the subs become active once the first item in each qualifying subscription has shipped out.

Once those pending items ship out let me know and I should be able to add the PDFs to your account.

I've now received a couple of shipments from Paizo since I cancelled and reordered my subscriptions. Can you please let me know if you are able to grant my account the Starfinder Society 4-04 and 4-05 adventures?

I've also just noticed that Pathfinder Society 2-23, 2-24, and the Pathfinder Society Intro: Year of Shattered Sanctuaries are also available in your store. Can those also be added to my account, please?
