Combining Orders #36606061 and #36636759

Looks like I totally missed "combine with existing order" when I added a new order for some additional Hero Point tokens (then again, I broke the shipping discount when I *did* remember earlier this week ;) ).

If it happens to time out (no worries if it doesn't), could you look into combining Orders #36606061 and #36636759 for me?

Looks like the auth for my regular sub order just went through, so please feel free to disregard. It's no problem at all for me to let both orders ride, as they are.
