Shipping Address for Order 36631247

Hello, I recently updated the shipping address for my subscriptions, however I found that my subscription order, 36631247, is using my previous address still. Is there any way that this can be fixed?

Hello Br1ckmc,

I updated the shipping address on the order. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting that change.

The system only looks at the sub information when it generates the order, so if some of the information associated with a sub, like the shipping address is changed after a sub order is generated, that order won't reflect the new information. You will have to update it on the specific order as well. That's why the order had the old address, it was generated before you updated sub address.
