Hello,

About a week ago, I emailed Customer Service regarding my most recent order. I have yet to hear back, so I'm attempting here on the forums too.

I bought the Starfinder Humble Bundle and got the Beginner Box + Pact Worlds physical set. When I got the items, I noticed that several pages in the PAct Worlds book had been folded in on themselves, misprinted, and miscut. When unfolded, these pages hang past the edge of the other pages, and some are slightly angled. I am just wondering if I'd be able to send this book back and get a replacement copy. I can provide any further details if needed.

Your best bet might be to send this same info by e-mail to customer.service@paizo.com, along with a photo of your damaged book and whatever identification was provided to identify your Humble Bundle order. Most likely, they won't ask you to send back the damaged book as from the way you described it they would not want to resell it to anyone.
