Increased shipping costs order #36608604 and #36632490

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

Today I received the order #36608604 and hat to pay 10.03€ for customs issues additionaly to the usual shipping costs. This was the first time I had to do this. I also noticed that the shipping costs of the order #36632490 also increased to 13.23$. Is it possible to change this back to shipping costs of 5.65$ I had before?
