Hi Customer Service

I have two requests:

First one Please Cancel my Rulebook subscription,

Second one during the last 2 years I have been charged and never received:

From the rule books I didn’t received Bestiary 2 and 3 as well as the Advanced Player's Guide.

I also didn’t receive:
Pathfinder Adventure Path #165: Eyes of Empty Death
Pathfinder Adventure Path #157: Devil at the Dreaming Palace
Pathfinder Adventure Path #155: Lord of the Black Sands
Pathfinder Adventure Path #156: The Apocalypse Prophet

I have bought again from amazon the adventure paths, but I sadly I can find 156 and now it's the only one I am missing form my collection since number 1...

My main complaint is that I have been a loyal customer since 2007, and I haven’t had this issue before! I have made 226 Order to you since the very beginning

Please change the Shipping company and method you are using form international shipments, its terrible and expensive.

MY rulebooks I will buy them form Amazon from now on, and I what to still be able to receive my adventure paths from you (hopefully)

I will also appreciate If I can have buy again the apocalypse prophet, and If the is a way to receive a cash back on my credit card of all Items that I never received It will be greatly appreciated ( this last request is not my main complain)

Your Rulebook subscription has been cancelled. You will be receiving an email confirmation.

I have set up a replacement order for the missing books, which should be on its way soon. You will be receiving an email confirmation for the replacement order. I have also issued a refund for the Adventure Path volumes you got elsewhere. You should be able to see it as soon as your bank processes it.
