I ordered a hardcover (Order 36489022) that I could find in stock no where else except an American store that ships not to Canada yesterday. My order is still pending and has not been confirmed. The order included a PDF that I am currently unable to access.
When can I expect confirmation on my order and the PDF to be unlocked?
