Hello,
I was attempting to purchase the PDF of the 'Malevolence' adventure. At checkout everything was fine and it asked for my 3 digit security code which I provided. At this point the screen froze and in my order history/digital content I didn't receive the product. Additionally, there are 2 separate, but identical, charges to my credit card for this purchase.
How should I resolve this? I still would like to purchase the adventure, but without paying twice =). Thanks for your help.

Hi! It looks like your payment method was declined due to the billing address not matching what the bank has on file for it, so I'd have a look at your payment methods and make sure that's correct first thing!
The pending charges are from our trying to authorize your payment method, which usually expire on their own after a few business days, but I've reversed them manually from our end to speed up the process.
