Payment "failed"

I have attempted to pay for Starfinder's Alien Archives (1&2) PDF's today. Initally the payment asked for my confirmation number but did not work. I then checked my bank account and saw that I definitely had enough in it and attempted again, this time it did not take me to the confirmation of the card screen, and just had a circle spinning. I had assumed it hadn't worked since the items were still in my cart, so I attempted to pay again. I was concerned that it wasn't working but kept paying because I had received no confirmation that the payment had been made or that I would receive the products. Eventually I was getting frustrated and so checked my bank account again, the products have still not been purchased according to my account on here, but the money has left my bank account several times. I am very concerned about this.
