Was I overcharged?

I made a purchase of 3 PDFs earlier today. each one cost 14.99 for a total of $44.97. I seem to have been charged $58.01. I'm trying to figure out what's actually going on. I had assumed it meant CAD. Even if it was USD the Conversion is still only $56.55. I'm sure nothing went wrong, I just don't understand what happened.

Hi! Hm, so on my end you were only charged $44.97 (USD) by us; there aren't any other transactions. Since it's more than the conversion to CAD, I'd recommend checking with your bank/credit card to see if they have a conversion fee or something like that, as that's the only thing I can think of that could potentially cause an increase.

Ah a conversion fee. that's what it was. Thank you for answering and giving a helpful suggestion, I find a lot of support forums aren't very nice but so far you guys are great, though I'd have to say you in particular are a great help.

Little fees like that can be extremely annoying, but it does happen, so I'm glad we were able to find a concrete answer for where the extra charge came in!
