Hi folks
Sorry for the two threads in a row, but I learned that it is better to make different threads to different orders. In fact, I don't know what to ask but I got my order delivered this week but half of the box was damp, the books were humid and wavy. I put them on a flat surface with the core rulebook and the bestiary cards over them to try to make them flat but the bottom of the Mwangi Expanse and AP books are still wavy, they are not exactly damaged at the point I would request another copy but it was a really upsetting experience.

Additionally, regarding your other post about Order #36347087, if you'd like replacements for the above books, I should be able to add AP #163 to the same order!

Okay, it should all be sorted now! This was a very weird issue where you ended up getting recharged for AP #163 on the original order from January (with a weirdly high shipping rate), but we've refunded you and you should see it on your account as soon as your bank finalizing it.
Apologies for the inconvenience! Like I mentioned above, a weird number of things combined to cause this, so it's extremely unlikely to occur again. That said, we've documented the problem and will be making sure it doesn't happen again!

No problem, I was willing to be sure about the value. I already got the refund this morning.
