Regarding the Planar Traits of Planar Adventures, is it an available rule?

I want to play Archetype: Idealist, but my GM thinks: alignment traits, gravity traits, and magic traits are not in CBR Available rules. (because it is mentioned in Planar Adventures, and Additional Resources does not list it as an available resource )
He wants me to show proof that it is available even if it is not in the CRB rules

I don't have a link. But on the pathfinder society page here on paizo there is actually a list of allowed resources. So that would answer the question.
