Hi,
Like many, I'm here to express my frustration at your poor website design (at least on mobile) and to complain about being charged multiple times, only in my case I don't even have a product to show for it!?
I've literally no idea what's gone on or which end of the transactions responsible for the obvious error.
I've emailed you as well but looking at this forum, it seems people actually get a response by leaving something here as opposed to the traditional ways of communicating with customer services with an issue.
Please, to save both yourselves and everyone else time in future, update your website and payment process!
