Purchase Not Going through

I've been trying to reach customer service since I tried to purchase a PDF over 5 hours ago and no one has responded to my email. I have not heard word but I was stuck at the 'before placing your order please enter the card verification number.' Every time I entered it another pending transaction is placed on my card. I would greatly appreciate someone reaching out to me regarding this matter as this PDF was one I was looking forward to reading. Thank you.
