Order 15645987 - Still in "Pending" State

Hello there, Paizo Customer Service. Hope all is well with you folks.

I had a question about my most recent order. It is Order 15645987. My order has been in a "Pending" state for three weeks now and I am wondering why this is the case.

Are there items in the order that you are waiting on an inventory to arrive? Are there other problems with this order?

Three weeks is a lot to wait for movement on an order and I am concerned that I won't be receiving the items I ordered and paid for.

Thanks for any light you can shed as to the fate of my order. Please respond back on at your earliest convenience.

Hi Dave! Currently, your order is being held up by the Age of Ashes Pathfinder Dice. We order them from Q-Workshop and apparently it's just been difficult getting them in. Apologies for the inconvenience!

If you'd like, I can get everything else on your order shipped out and have the dice follow whenever we're able to get them in. Let me know what will work best for you!

If you could please remove this item from my order and refund my payment method the corresponding amount for the dice and their shipping cost. Once done, please ship me the other items with all due expediency. Thanks very much for your assistance with this. Take care.

I've removed the dice from your order and resent the confirmation email so that you have it updated on record. As far as a refund goes, we only charge your payment method when the order ships, so you'll only be charged for what's currently on your order (you may have gotten a pending charge on your payment method when you placed the order, but that's only an authorization and has likely expired at this point).

I sent the order directly to our warehouse so they can get it shipped out ASAP! Let me know if there's anything else I can do!
