I know this issue is ongoing for you all, but the 15% discount was not added to my current upcoming order and the one before it.

I just wanted to post this and make sure I get added to a list or anything so I do not fall through the cracks.

Hi! Thanks so much for letting us know! I've fixed up your current order and resent the confirmation email so that you can see the changes. As for order # 36459966, I've retroactively applied the discount and refunded your payment method (processing times will vary depending on your bank, but it should show up fairly quickly).
