According to every source I've seen, one day on Vesk-3 is 28 hours long, and a year is, yup, you guessed it, six days. 168 hours. One Earth week. I'm not an astronomer, but I'm pretty sure that's too fast for a habitable planet.
Not sure where you got that number from. According to Near Space, Vesk-3's year is 6 years long.
In addition everything in Starfinder planet descriptions is expressed as comparisons to the time/size/atmosphere system of lost Golarion (which is the exact same as Earth's). For example: Aballon has a day that is 12 hours long and a year that is 90 days long. That's 90 Earth days, not Aballon days. So it will circle the sun once every 90 Earth days and will rotate on its axis 180 times while completing that orbit.
Vesk-3 will orbit its sun approximately once every 6 earth years/2190 earth days. With a 28 hour day, that means a Vesk-3 year is about 1,877 local days.
