Order #36442598 - Wrong product arrived

Hello,

My package for order #36442598 arrived today containing the Troubles in Otari adventure rather than the Troubles in Otari: Flip map. The packing slip says that it the flip mat should have been shipped as per my order but instead the actual adventure book (that I already own) arrived.

Not sure what the process is to get the flip mat shipped and what to do with the erroneously sent copy of the adventure.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! I've set up a replacement order and made a note for the warehouse to ensure that they ship the flip-mat instead of the adventure, and you should receive the email confirmation shortly!

As for the extra copy of the adventure, feel free to keep it as a backup copy, gift it to a friend, or donate it to a local school or library. Apologies for the inconvenience!
