Roll20 connection

I seem to have lost access to my books from Paizo account that I have linked with my roll20 when I first got the books and linked my accounts, but now I don't have access to anything from Pathfinder 2e, that I have on this account.


Is this not an important thing for Customer service to look at?? I have looked on the Forums and I have not seen anyone talk about this.

So, I looked into this and it looks like the only partner redemptions on your account have been through Humble Bundle, nothing from Roll20. Could you let me know what modules you purchased on Roll20 that you're missing the PDFs for?

From my end, everything looks set up correctly, but knowing exactly what's missing will allow me to have someone check that it's "talking" correctly with Roll20.
