Ordered Starfinder subscription, but its not shipping.

I ordered the Starfinder subscription with the first book being Starfinder Galaxy Exploration Manual, including free pdf. I am wondering when it's being shipped? And when I get access to the pdf? My order is marked S, which I have no clue what it means.
Can you plz explain?
Tried calling your phone and it doesn't work. It just disconnects.
Tried mailing you, and you don't answer. Why is that?

Hi!

First, apologies about our phone line! The customer service team is working from home, so we don't have access to that at the moment.

The 'S' on your order just means that it's a subscription item and the free PDF is granted when the order is shipped.

The reason it hasn't been shipped is because, for some reason, the shipping method was set to ship with future subscriptions, hence why it's pending (it would ship when the next Rulebook is released). What I've done is move it to it's own order and expedited it so that the warehouse can get it shipped out to you ASAP!
