Luigi’s Mansion style Ghosts? (Willing to take 3rd Party stuff.)

So here are the main details of ghosts from the Luigi’s Mansion series:

1: Can turn incorporeal and back to corporeal.
2: Is typically invisible when incorporeal.
3: Is stunned/dazed when suddenly exposed to bright light.

What would be the best way to make such a creature?

Almost sounds more like a phase spider, except for being stunned in bright light. Obviously being ethereal is not the same as incorporeal, but it would make you invisible.
