Post office didn't leave this at my house and when I went to the post office to pick it up, they were unable to find it.

It's been several days and they still havent found it yet, what should I do?

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that! According to the tracking, it should be with the post office, but since you've already spoken with them, I've set up a replacement order that we'll get shipped out to you ASAP. If the original order ends up showing up, you can refuse the delivery and the post office will be able to ship it back to us at no cost to you.

Fingers crossed that there are no problems with getting the replacement delivered!

I don't know if it's too late but you cancel #36497195. The original package finally just reappeared.

If the replacement already went out I will just refuse it.

Glad to hear the original showed up, at least! It looks like the replacement went out on Monday, so just go ahead and refuse it and they'll get it back to us!
