This order requires a valid payment method


Customer Service


Like many others, I have attempted to place an order and am getting the error: "This order requires a valid payment method."

I am using a current and active card. Can someone please look into this?

Hi!

I had a look and it appears that your most recent payment method may have gotten flagged as 'inactive' for some reason. I've fixed it on my end, but wanted to have you check by submitting your order yourself. Let me know whether or not that solves the problem!
