Hi!

It looks like your order is currently being held up by the Rise of the Runelords Pathfinder Dice at the moment. We're currently in the process of ordering more, so I don't have an exact ETA on when we'll be getting them in, unfortunately!


this meaning i could wait for years whitout recive my order?
Why can i buy without stock? im waiting for 1 month and you tell me now this....
on the two dice's webpage say:
"Product Availability
Available now"
I lost 1 month whit this...
you decide for my time...
i need this in a specific day because this is a present, i could have choosing other product for present if i could have knew this...

PD: i speak a little english, so i hope i have made myself you understood and my dislike

Hi,

Unfortunately, our system is such that if we have 1 item in stock (even if it's already on someone else's order), it will say it's available. We do our best to keep an eye on it and fix it as soon as possible, but it's not an automatic process.

All of the dice on our website are purchased by us either from our distributor or from the manufacturer itself, which can take time. I wish I had a better answer for you, but I don't. If you'd like, I can cancel the Rise of the Runelords dice and just ship out the Return of the Runelords dice, or I can cancel the entire order. Apologies for the inconvenience!
