I bought the Humble Bundle that contains the Pathfinder Bestiary as a physical book. I entered the code, payed for shipping and thought that was it. Now that I checked my bank account and the order here a few days later, I notice a second attempted charge from Paizo, which did not go trough since there was not enough money left in the account. The first charge on my account was the exact amount that I was supposed to pay for shipping (converted to a different currency). And the second attempt tried to charge the exact same amount again. The first charge says pending, waiting to be charged by merchant. SO I'm somewhat confused by what is happening right now.

Well, I guess I found the answer myself, added some extra money into the account and will retry once the money shows up in the account. But it just adds to my list of frustrations when I try to support Paizo. Shipping outside the US, only 3 types of credit cards can be used, and then stiff stuff like this still happens, and it's common enough to be in the FAQ-. It feels like my only option is to try to get anything from Paizo trough 3rd parties, Humble Bundle or Amazon

Hi!
Just for future reference's sake, when an order is placed, an authorization is placed on your account to make sure there aren't any problems with your payment method. When this happens, most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Usually, that's finalized when it's shipped without any problems, however, depending on the timeframe between the order being placed and shipping, the authorization might expire and need to be "re-authorized" when we go to ship it. We're working on re-doing our FAQ to be easier to navigate, but at the moment there is information about this situation in our current FAQ here.
I sincerely apologize that we don't have cheaper shipping options. Unfortunately, we don't have the shipping volume and financial backing that, say, Amazon does that allows them to keep shipping costs minimal. If ordering through a 3rd party is better for you financially, you should do whatever is best for your situation!
Right now it looks like your order is all set to go and should hopefully get shipped out soon. Please let me know if you have further questions!
