There has to be a better way to mass download content. the > 3 click per file download means it will take me over a hour to download the content just because of the click this button 3 times and hope it works method

where is the mass download all my stuff button?

It looks like you're wanting a refund for the Humble Bundle you purchased, in which case, any refunds need to go through Humble Bundle (information about that processs can be found here)!
