I had tickets for Paizocon 2020 and planned on letting them roll over to this year but I will be unable to take part in this year’s events due to work. I am requesting a refund at this time.
I sent an email requesting this April 15th but haven't heard anything so I'm trying here now.

Apologies that you didn't get a response! I'll try to see what happened with your email, but in the meantime I've refunded you for your PaizoCon ticket (+ Banquet ticket). The refund should be available on your payment method as soon as your bank has processed the request.
